Love Me
NYC Lamp Post
In honor of Valentine's Day I am hosting a giveaway! I will be giving away one of my favorite prints! I captured this image walking along the Brooklyn Bridge. What struck me at first was the graffiti on the lamp post. Then I wondered about the story behind that moment on the bridge when someone wrote the words "Love Me".
The image size is 5x7 inches printed on 8x10 inch matte photo paper providing a nice white border for framing. All you have to do to enter is leave a comment! I will be announcing the winner Monday February 14th! Good Luck!
PS . . . Thanks to all who commented on my latest painting! I am working on something new with another photo of a sketch that I hope to post soon!

ReplyDeleteWhat a great giveaway. Of course, puleeeze enter me. I would love a chance to win. That is a great photo and it does make you wonder about the person that wrote that. Were they lonely, unloved, needed attention. What did they do when they left? Walk away with shoulders hunched? Whooops, there I go. My mind tends to...well you know. Great photo. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteThis is so very cool--I would love this!!
ReplyDeleteGreat photo and it does make you wonder a bit about the story and the person behind it. Perfect for Valentine's. Would make a great card.
ReplyDeleteHi Cathy, thank you for your comment today. Yes, it's a wonderful photo--very unusual.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely Count Me In Sweet Cathy! I Too Wondered What Was Happening In The Person's Life In That Very Moment Of Feeling The Urge To Merge With That Lamp Post. And Thanks So Much For Visiting Earlier..You're Gonna Love Working With The Birch Your Husband Got You. You Can Build Up The Surface To Give So Much Character To Whatever Composition You Decide To Use. I'll Be Watching To See What You Do With Yours. Have A Truly Blessed Day Sweet Lady! Hugs From The Peach State, Terri
